This role will cover all generalist aspects of HR while focusing on effective implementation of HR policies, processes, systems and practices in the plant
- Accountable for managing entire life cycle of employees
- Designing HR policies specific to Agriculture business in consultation with Corporate HR team based on requirements and timely review of existing policies for changes, if required.
- Responsible for performance review through goal setting and KRAs within the timeline.
- Responsible to identify development needs of and Execute Training plans & Employee Engagement Programs.
- Contract labor management: Monitoring the daily deployment of contract labor, monitoring payment of wages by contractors, compliance with all labor laws, relevant records and documentation.
- Consolidate and review workforce requirements of all departments including permanent, contract and seasonal labour.
- Follow strict adherence to labour laws, statutory regulations, court orders and judgements.
- Responsible for HR budget; review and negotiate HR related contracts, and agreements.
- Ensure that appropriate grading & salary structures are in place inaccordance with statutory compliance.
- Designing and ensuring the JDs for all the positions in accordance with organizational structure.
- Comply with and support payroll processing, audit procedures and compliance.
- Bridging the gaps related to HR processes and policies between plant and Corporate to streamline the same with uniformity.
- Digitization/Automation of HR processes and policies to speed up the HR processes.
