Senior Manager - Plant HR - FMCG/Pharma

We are handling an job opportunity for the role of Plant HR Manager to be based at Gujarat.

A Person would be responsible designs, Plans, and implements hr programs for a plant. Administers corporate policies related to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and health and safety programs.

- Should have worked on bigger plant where employee strengths are more than 2000 people.

- Negotiations with the job union to arrive at consensus and frame a draft agreement

- Needs to play a Key role in Forecasting the Labour Requirements and plan them accordingly

- Give Training and Development to the employees

- Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit.

- Strong education background from manufacturing companies only.

Desired Skills & Experience:

1. Need an Experience of 15-18 yrs with a strong factory exposure

2. Qualifications include Post graduate in HR

3. IR Knowledge

4. Labour Management.
