Description : 

1. The candidate will be expected to manage the overall functioning of the plant

2. The role will include a lot of change management, stakeholder management, setting up of new policies, managing international audits, etc.

Profile :

1. You must come with around 10 years of experience, primarily in a Plant HR role

2. You must have experience in setting up new policies and change management
