- Manager account operations for 3 plants at Goa/Nasik/Athani (Karnataka) - Accountable for preparation of books and accounts and preparation of consolidated Financial Statement of Company - Ensuring a smooth month end closure of accounts with high level reporting of the actual results to the management - Taking care of SOX compliance & coordinating on Statutory and Tax Audits - Ensuring that the Corporate Taxation of the company is in line with the tax laws - Plan and budget through financial modelling and analysis - Financial reporting and tax filings to ensure the internal controls are in compliance - Establish appropriate control and feedback mechanisms on cost to improve ROI - Ensuring there is no revenue leakage or loss of stock, build robust processes for Inventory and Wastage Management - Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business - Develop SOP, implements and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines - Managing and driving innovation and transformation projects along with change management with internal and external stakeholders. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? - Education: Either M.Com/CA/CMA/MBA (F) - Experience: Minimum 8 years - Any manufacturing background will be preferred. - Should have hands-on experience in Inventory management, optimizing efficiency for plant operations - Knowledge of ROC Company Law matters, - Knowledge of various returns, bill preparation and entry of purchase bills in Tally. - Knowledge of GST, customs and other statutory activities related to manufacturing companies - A team player with strong Project management capability
