Senior Manager - Plant Finance

Qualification : Qualified CA

- Preparation of Monthly Plant MIS, Monthly Profit and loss, Monthly Balance sheet of Plant.

- Ensuring correct and timely booking of all vendors- bills.

- Ensuring all monthly provision entries have been taken correctly.

- Accounting of Capex Assets (project) and verification and reconciliation of all the vendors.

- Handling Various Audit like CARM, Limited review and yearly Audit.

- Ensuring all compliance related with direct and indirect taxes.

- Handling Sales tax related compliance for unit and Liaising with various Government authorities and consultant for various Assessment cases.

- Evaluation and finalization of Various Product Discounting schemes on commercial grounds and determination of average outflow as per the marketing policy.

- Receivables management for Business unit, review and finalization of credit limit. Review of collection plan of business unit, handling of various accounts related queries of Channel partner with the help of commercial associate team.

- Booking and verification of all the expenses as per defined SOA & SOP.

- Analysis of Inventory on the basis of age and suggestion for its liquidation.

- Sales accounting and Tracking of accrual and its utilization.

- Preparation of sales budget of business unit and monthly variance reporting of the same along with MIS.

- Preparation of Opex budget of business unit and monthly variance reporting of the same along with MIS.

- Monthly reporting of various product realizations.

- Compliance of TDS provision.

- Inventory Management as per forecast of cluster Manager for various warehouse and coordination with supply Chain team for appropriate and timely supply.

- Ensure timely communication of various available schemes to channel partner and appropriate documentation of various policies, through commercial associate team
