Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall Order Management process including sales coordination, order processing, order fulfillment and accurate planning of all kinds of input material (RM & Traded) for all product categories, for all locations and ensure business continuity is ensured without any sales loss due to material non-availability.
2. Coordinate with Sales teams for monthly/quarterly/annual planning of Sales and converting the same into material requirement plan for ensuring fulfillment.
3. Participate in the daily/weekly/monthly Sales - Supply planning meeting/s along with Sales, Mfg. and Procurement functions and give triggers on specific production & purchasing inputs (what/how much/when/where) in order to ensure OTIF.
4. Ensure adherence to inventory norms for all plants in terms safety stocks, ROP levels and ensure no stock-outs / no excess stocks - for all FG, RM, Traded goods.
5. Deploy necessary procurement planning processes and provide "real-time" visibility of material availability and predict stock-outs in advance and trigger actions.
Job Requirements:
1. Previous working experience as Sales Planning, Procurement Planning Manager for 15+ years.
2. Must be an expert in ERP systems, MS Office, Power BI, etc.
3. Graduate in engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) with/without MBA with good academic background (regular).
4. Supply Chain Certification would be an advantage e.g., APICS.
