Job Description: Formulation and Monitoring of Annual Operating Plan - Liaise with Functional Heads / CXOs across all sales channels and corporate functions to formulate the business plan during Plan cycle &amp; ensure they are aligned to the Organizational Goals - To plan and influence consensus with Channel Stakeholders to ensure budgets are in line with company objectives - To design and facilitate building a robust Financial Model to rollup to a Consolidated Plan - To define matrices to measure performance on organization, channel initiatives towards achievement of Company Goals - Track rigorously the above on an on-going basis, highlight deviations and work jointly for achieving desired objectives - Finalizing sensitivities and what-if analysis for top management decisions and provide expense loading and business projections by collaboratively working with the actuarial and product team for pricing Partner with Channel Heads towards achievement of Sales Targets - Provide decision support to channel in terms of financial evaluation of all new initiatives incl, strategic tie-up with bank partners, viability of new channels, R&amp;R, incentives etc. - Benchmark competition on important KPIs and brainstorm with senior management for improvising Channel Performance against Industry - Validate the R&amp;R program with regard to Contest / Club / Rewards design to optimize Sales, Profitability and Product Mix Objectives Reporting &amp; Forecasting : - Ensure timely delivery of management reporting packs to shareholders and Top management as per defined timelines. - Review processes to ensure data integrity &amp; accuracy of financial, cost &amp; management accounting &amp; reporting. - Provides snapshot on key performance indicators, financials, cash flow, latest estimates, quarterly forecasts to concerned stakeholders Support finance initiatives and drive cross-functional projects - Support the corporate finance initiatives including solvency and capital infusion, alternate capital, capital optimization - Analyze and review the projected consolidated and individual financial Statements including Profit and Loss Statement with Balance Sheet &nbsp;-Drive outlier management for Sales analytics around productive, activity and Claims Analytics incl. distributors, geography disease, hospitals, clients, procedures, incidence, severity etc. work with respective stakeholders on timely intervention to manage outliers Stakeholder and Team Management - Guides and develops team members to provide optimum analysis and business intelligence for business consumption - Drives team to move towards digitization to ensure efficient use of time and resources - Proactively builds and maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders for smooth cross-functional coordination and alignment towards achievement of business objectives
