A Premier Healthcare Organisation with over 200 retail Clinic outlets is looking for a Senior Manager - Performance & Rewards.
The role would report directly into the Chief People Officer. Role is based at Mumbai and the primary responsibilities of the role would be as follows :
- Manage KRA Setting, real-time performance tracking and Performance Coaching / Counselling support
- Build & run Career management systems / programs
- Build & run elaborate Incentive Programs for Retail operations
- Build & run strong Reward & Recognition programs
- HR Analytics,
- Support HR Policy, Process building & Automation
The person is expected to be a hands-on subject matter expert with proven experience at the above mentioned areas.
