Individual who has passion for challenging acquisition campaigns & can deliver results by driving online marketing acquisition campaigns, paid social, search and affiliate marketing. What will you need to deliver in next 12 months? - Deliver on the acquisition strategy for business or product lines - Build a strong marketing team that provide inputs to make strategic marketing decisions - Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends - Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) - Set acquisition and growth targets for marketing teams spread across offline and online channels such as social, search, paid search, mobile, display, etc. What will you do? - Hire and build a team strong Performance marketing team - Work with Head of Business and create and cutomise strategies and budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI - Set acquisition and growth targets for marketing teams spread across offline and online channels such as social, search, paid search, mobile, display, etc. - Scope out and identify new platforms, tools and systems to improve performance - Identify pain points to creatively improve non-performing area Somethings that we look for: - Min 7 - 10 years of relevant expereince performance marketing within a product company Preferable: 4+ years of startup experience - MBA preferred - Demonstrated experience in managing a team of atleast 2 to 5 members - Hands on experience and well versed with all digital marketing tech and tools available across the customer acquisition funnel - Experience of driving product/tech requirements for marketing will be a bonus. - Bengaluru based/ willing to relocate- What we look for? - Analytics and database tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, Marketo, etc. and performance marketing platforms, such as Social Animal, HubSpot, GetSocial, BuzzSumo - Knowledge and prior usage of tools like Facebook Ad Manager, AdWords, Taboola, Outbrain - Ability to Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and various levels of the organization - Ability to juggle between multiple projects, have the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and be adaptable and focused - You can think and you can execute! - Manage timelines, budgets and diverse stakeholders
