- Manage the strategic planning and daily execution of acquisition and retention marketing activities, as well as owning the overall customer treatment from their initial awareness of the brand, into the considerations funnel, and through to conversion and then retention
- To create a marketing strategy across multiple channels, with a focus on online, and build and manage a team to execute on the strategy
- To keenly measure and track all relevant metrics to measure effectiveness and impact and be familiar with various tools used to analyze and visualize data
- You will need determine the right trade-off between in-house and outsourced expertise and find the right partners to whom specialized marketing functions can be outsourced
