The candidate should have extensive experience in the NBFC OR Consulting industry.

In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the NBFC industry.

Expertise in areas such as - Go to Market Strategy /Business planning / hands on experience of performance improvement of internal operations / Business development / Solution development.

Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts.

Academic Qualifications B.E. / B.Tech / CA + MBA (preferably from a premier institute such as IIMs, ISB, MDI, FMS, XLRI, NITIE, SP Jain, etc.) with a good academic background.
