Our client is looking for a Senior Manager Payroll in Mumbai Job role : - Oversee and supervise the organizations payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. Job Responsibilities: - Implement, maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions. - Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. - Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations. - Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. - Identify and recommend updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures. Candidate background: - MBA in HR with 7-10 years of work experience. - Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Proficient with payroll software.
