Senior Manager - Payroll - APAC - Manufacturing/Industrial

I am looking for a Sr. Manager Manager in Payroll role for a large US based company @ Bangalore location. This is a diversity only role (i.e. woman candidates are encouraged to apply!), who are having experience in Project Management and People management.

This role is responsible for driving payroll Integration, Implementation & Transition for APAC & EMEA payroll at Global delivery team and influence the same in onsite SME team. Role need to drive functional excellence leveraging Lean, Six sigma tools, Project management tools and delivery payroll goal of 100% net pay accuracy.

1. Comprehensive payroll experience in multiple payroll models.( out source & In house)

2. Minimum 10 years of exposure within a Payroll environment

3. Minimum 5 years experience in technical Payroll configuration and Project Management

4. Expertise in influencing various teams (multi cultural, multi location, remotely ...)

5. Fluent in English.
