Domain Knowledge :
The candidate should have extensive experience in the Payments industry. Specifically, in areas such as cards/ wallets/ commercial payments / merchant acquiring.
- Hands on experience in running P&L related to payments and in working with technology and operations related to payments
- Solid understanding of the payments market and regulatory environment
- Additional experience in retail banking and working knowledge of branch and liabilities product would be valuable
Skills :
- In-depth understanding of the economic and business environment in the payments industry
- Expertise in areas such as - Go to Market Strategy /Business planning / hands on experience of performance improvement of internal operations / Business development / Solution development
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good leadership qualities
- Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts
- Program management, multi-tasking and time management skills
- Good experience in business development
- Excellent people management skills
- Sharp focus on quality delivery
- Ability to develop / customize solutions relevant to client
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
