Position Name: Sr. Manager Payables KRA:&nbsp; - Responsible for the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of payments transaction processes - Support development of new and centralized overall P2P vertical and leading implementation of robust transaction policies, processes and tools. - Identifies procurement process controls and governance risks. - Develops and implements strategies to reduce and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes and systems. - Keeps employee motivation ensuring that the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies - God communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to guide and influence senior leadership - Sound analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture. - Background of process improvements and running transformational projects - Preferably knowing Lean / Six Sigma techniques
