Senior Manager- Partnerships (Salary upto 16LPA)
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Partnerships to join our dynamic team and make a lasting impact on our community.
Responsibilities included:
1. Deepening Government Relationships:
- Lead and support initiatives led by Government Relations Managers.
- Cultivate strong programmatic relationships with senior Government officials.
- Source large-scale external partnerships to promote educational equity.
- Advocate for overcoming policy barriers hindering progress.
2. Fostering Alumni Collectives:
- Collaborate with Alumni Manager to develop strategies and goals.
- Design learning spaces for Alumni to collectively work towards the regional vision.
- Foster growth and collaboration among Alumni organizations.
- Facilitate progress for Alumni Entrepreneurs and the Regional Alumni Chapter.
3. Sourcing Career Opportunities:
- Identify and engage organizations serving low-income communities.
- Connect Fellows & Alumni with career opportunities.
- Build partnerships to accelerate our work in the region.
4. Building a Movement for Educational Equity:
- Strengthen the regional brand through communication and recruitment efforts.
- Leverage the regional board in partnership with the City Director.
- Drive policy shifts and community mobilization.
- Cultivate networks with advocates spanning various sectors.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any field.
- 5-8+ years of external-facing experience (public relations, government relations, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Team leadership and motivational abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in development/education sector.
- Track record of building high-functioning teams.
- Experience in creating impactful adult learning experiences.
- Proficiency in regional languages.
