Senior Manager - Partnerships/Fund Raising & Strategy - Public Health Sector

1. Responsibilities

a) Lead development of strategy, development, and execution of relevant partnerships and implementation initiatives

b) Shall be responsible for leading the development and implementation of fundraising, public engagement, and associated marketing strategies for the organization.

c) Strategy to expand partnerships with external stakeholders, both domestically and internationally, and forge partnerships that contribute not only to encouraging greater philanthropic capital to social issues but also promotes knowledge, partnerships with external stakeholders, development of technology platforms, research, and advocacy.

d) Lead cross-functional implementation coordination & activities for specified projects or partnerships

e) Develop, implement & manage cross-functional projects initiatives

f) Develop & manage relationships with identified external stakeholders

g) Lead assessment & selection of partnership opportunities

h) Develop rolling & annual work plans for focus area & team

i) Budgeting & forecasting for projects & other initiatives aligned with the rolling work plan

2. Skills:

3. Experience:

a) Track record in leading partnerships or strategy in a consulting firm, impact investment fund, social sector or grant organization, start-up, or social enterprise

b) Experience in strategy, fundraising, operations, or partnerships team at an impact investment fund, social sector, or grant organization

c) Must have 8-10 years of experience in resource mobilization, of which 7-8 years should have been in successfully designing and implementing fundraising strategies for non-profit organizations, section-8 Companies. (Experience in fundraising for Public Health section 8 Companies will be an added advantage).

d) 2 years experience in leading teams of 3 or more people

e) Established relationships with stakeholders relevant to the role

f) Experience in healthcare and/or public health is desirable
