Job Description :
- Responsible for finding Partners for upcoming and existing locations for healthy food business
- Responsible for end to end business development for different revenue streams ( Office space catering and Delivery/cloud kitchen )
- Responsible for P&L and market share driven growth decision
- Responsible for growth and relationship management of existing business
- Managing supply chain and inventory of food raw material with the objective of profit maximisation
- Maintaining relationship with the Key Partners (corporate parks/ airport/ malls etc) in the designated area
- Co-ordination and follow up with cross functional teams
- Monitoring, analysing and forecasting vendor performance, their supply quality and ability to expand with us
Skills:
- 1-8 years of relevant experience in sales and business development
- Experience in early-stage startup environment and start-up experience is a plus in addition to health industry exposure
- Strong business acumen in a must
- Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Focused and possess sales mindset
- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground situations and partner relationships
- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven
- Demonstrates high ethical value
