- 10+ years of preparation and review of US Partnership (and S Corp, preferred) federal and state tax

returns

- Must be an Enrolled Agent / CPA

- Superior verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to effectively delegate work as needed

- Ability to compose written tax advice

- Ability to lead a team of 20+ members.

- Updated on the technology tools and ability to bring in efficiency.

- Critical thinking and analytical skills

- Aptitude for learning technology (proprietary tools)

- A process improvement and knowledge-sharing mindset

- Execute effectively in cross-cultural business settings

- Experience working with an outsourcing work stream or in a shared service environment required

- Ability to compose written tax advice

- Capable of effectively developing and maintaining client relationships
