Senior Manager - Partnership and Alliances - NBFC
- Finding fintech/NBFC partners, establishing contact with important parties, and making a partnership proposal to RCPL
- Gain knowledge of the goods that RCPL offers and share that knowledge with the Fintech/NBFC management.
- Producing proposals to be submitted to the committee for approval of partnerships; calculating returns for the planned relationship in order to close commercials with the partners
Term sheet preparation, agreement finalization and signature; SOP preparation and meetings for the implementation of SOPs for effective TAT management; initial stakeholder holding; and, following successful implementation, the transfer of routine business to the relevant departments
- Keeping track of data and assisting other departments to ensure that SOPs and TAT requirements are implemented smoothly
- Managing daily interactions with NBFC/Fintechs to ensure seamless operation
- One point of contact for all escalations, both partner-side and internal.
- Paying partners a visit to stay in touch, learn about their needs, and look into potential new projects or products
- Motivate team members and stakeholders to execute new programs and partnerships;
- Work with stakeholders to integrate technology;
- Seek out opportunities for cross-selling with partners; and
- Successfully establish business relationships with other divisions
