- We are looking for a driven and results-oriented professional to take on the role of Lead - Partnership & Alliance in our EV charging infrastructure business. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders in the EV industry.
- Your objective will be to drive business growth and market expansion through collaboration and innovative alliances.
- The ideal candidate will have a background in enterprise sales, business development, or consulting, with a proven ability to develop strong relationships and a reputation for delivering results.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic partnership opportunities to support the growth of our EV charging infrastructure business.
- Develop and maintain a network of key industry contacts, including OEMs, energy companies, real estate organizations, fleet owners, destination location owners, and government agencies.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, working closely with them to understand their needs and aligning our offerings to create mutually beneficial solutions.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for all parties involved.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, IT, and Finance, to develop a bespoke solution for each customer, addressing their unique requirements and challenges.
- Demonstrate a target-driven approach, perseverance, and the ability to work under strict timelines to meet customer expectations and deliver exceptional results.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities and market developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, establishing our presence and enhancing our reputation within the EV ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the LT to develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and alliance roadmap that supports our business goals and objectives
