Senior Manager - Paid Media - As a Sr. Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for owning client communications and creating and executing data-driven, scalable, and highly personalized full-funnel creative strategies across paid media channels for all our clients. - You will determine how to leverage omnichannel marketing to better achieve our client's objectives. - You are to provide direction and leadership to team members, execute client objectives, and partner with cross-functional departments. - You will lead a global team of paid media specialists and analysts. - This is the right opportunity for a paid media professional with strong strategic and execution strengths. - The candidate must have a proven track record of developing high-impact paid media campaigns, crafting, and working collaboratively and cross-functionally to lead paid elements of integrated marketing, thought leadership, and brand initiatives. - The ideal candidate will be comfortable crafting and executing these ideas tactically. WHAT YOU'LL DO : - Own client communications as a paid media specialist and command the room with winning strategic and tactical inputs to help achieve client objectives. - Drive audience, engagement, and growth across all paid channels to drive brand awareness to achieve our client's objectives. - Lead strategy development/provide paid-related counsel for all product launches, collaborations, and special projects. - Partner with marketing (content and demand generation), brand, and creative teams to create positive results for clients. - Support senior leaders in new client pitches. - Create and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reporting on paid media metrics and recommendations to optimize the client's spending; blend with other digital marketing metrics. - Optimize existing channels, identify new channel opportunities, and develop recommendations and implementation plans to optimize the marketing channel mix consistently, scale growth efforts, and improve ROI through data-driven decision making - Build out, manage and scale multiple digital acquisition marketing channels, including (but not limited to) Display, Paid Social, SEM, Mobile, and Video. - Monitor and analyze our full-funnel marketing metrics to make data-driven decisions and proactively identify opportunities to optimize paid media channels. - Scale channels by testing new opportunities and running experiments across platforms. - Manage relationships with clients and partner with design, data, marketing, and other relevant teams to execute paid media programs that will drive ROAS and CAC efficiencies. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE YOU SHOULD POSSESS : - 10+ years of paid media experience in strategy, execution, and reporting - 5+ years of paid Media experience in B2B technology, manufacturing, and software industry in acquisition & retention strategies - Must be an SME and an individual contributor - Hands-on experience with a variety of paid media channels including Programmatic, SEM, Paid Social, and Affiliate - Proven track record of executing A/B tests, optimizing campaigns, and translating data into insights that drive enhanced performance outcomes. - Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Ability to develop and communicate insights and trends concisely. - Proven track record of successfully devising and executing creative online strategies and growing paid media budgets with strong ROAS - Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience developing channel-by-channel audiences, goals, and effective KPIs - Strong knowledge of other elements of marketing and communications (e.g., social media, media buying, SEO, etc.) - Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work - Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in digital marketing QUALIFICATIONS : - Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or related field Or 10+ years of experience as an IC and a paid media SME - Ability to present strategy and tactics internally and to clients. - Ability to collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, and brand & marketing teams. - Ability to collect and interpret feedback. - A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives. - Ability to critically communicate and persuade around paid media concepts. - Passion for the new; not satisfied with the status quo, and always thinking of ways to improve. - Ability to motivate and inspire top performers against assigned projects. - Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences.
