Senior Manager - Packaging Procurement - Adhesives

- MBA required

- Timely supplies of right quality PM to all units, planning and execution as per business requirement.

- Raising RFQ to vendors, getting offers, Negotiating & finalizing of Rates with vendors, based on costing, feedstock movement.

- Updation of all PM prices in system & timely order placement.

- Maintaining Inventory Norms.

- Reduction of Non Moving & Slow Moving in PM by way of transfers, consumptions of PM.

- Monitoring the Share of Business (SOB) as per approval.

- Preparing periodic MIS.

- Highlights Exception in supply & Inventory for division.

- Effort to reduce the cost of materials through optimal allocation of SOB, Initiating vendor development, eliminating single sourcing. Etc.

SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE (Key competence / attributes needed for the role) :

- Purchasing experience in Packaging Material procurement

- Knowledge of SAP & MS office is must

- Spearheading cost reduction initiatives consolidating tasks, eliminating non-value-added processes & complete re-engineering of processes and systems.

- Making effective use of cost analysis tools in support of strategic sourcing process, procurement costs, cost reduction metrics and bottom line performance indicators.
