Senior Manager - PaaS - IT

Role Description:

- Responsible for overseeing all aspect of Platform as a Service (PaaS) Operations, responsible for full lifecycle support of the products under management and setting the strategic direction for Platform as a Service Support.

- 12 - 15 years of relevant IT experience

Position Details:

- Minimum 12 years experience in technology operations

- Possess good experience in Middle Tier Services, ETL Informatica, ALM Tools support

- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management

- Strong coaching, motivation and staff development skills

- Experience in managing budgets and vendor relationships

- Comfortable working under pressure and in environments of rapid change.

- Expert project management skills

- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly

- Ability to develop and maintain positive cross-department relationships

- Ability to manage pressure and to provide clear directions during times of crisis

- Broad understanding of organizational structure, business model and operations
