Sr. Manager OD (Organizational Development)
- Develop yearly strategy and plans in alignment with business and HR objectives
- Regularly engage and review with business stakeholders to understand business context, gaps and needs or priorities.
- Independently lead / guide team on diagnosis, data capture, analysis, and summary/reporting.
- Develop and deliver suitable interventions in a timely fashion.
- Contribute to / Lead the embedding of a positive employee experience across all/relevant areas of employee life cycle
- Responsible for employee survey design, roll-out, sampling and data collection, data dashboard and insights
- Contribute / Lead the design and execution of Leadership, manager and high potential programs
- Accountable for strong data quality and accuracy and process and system discipline as relevant
- Contribute to / lead engagement with external partners, technology as needed
- Partner/network with other HR teams as required for design, roll-out, communication and measurement of People initiatives
- Partner/network with Marketing, IT, Admin and Finance as required for People initiatives
