ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
FUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONAL:
- Directs the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs
- Partners with senior business leaders to diagnose challenges in the current process and systems and continuously enhance them to deliver desired results
- Responsible for reporting on key organizational development metrics to the C-suite and Board of Directors
- Drives corporate talent management initiative through effective succession planning
- Responsible for design and delivery of framework for enhancing successor readiness and customized Individual Development Plans
- Establish various internal and external partnerships to support the strategic OD imperatives, and manage the company's annual OD budget
- Responsible for developing and implementing global organizational development and change management strategies to link and drive organizational performance at department, division, and company-wide levels
- Facilitates organizational structure design/redesign efforts to ensure the realization of intended business objectives
- Supports top grading in the organization to enhance bench strength and the retention of key talent through customized interventions
- Responsible for creating a culture that fosters high performance, innovation and customer focus
- Provides thought leadership to steer the leadership development program and Management development initiatives
TEAM RELATED:
- Lead and develop the organizational development team to provide quality value added services to all stakeholders
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Full time PG professional qualification in HR from reputed institute
MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in an organizational development role with at least 3 years- experience managing a team
- Experience in leading and managing change, project management
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proven progressive leadership and success in developing and executing company-wide learning
- Knowledge and application of the principles, methods and metrics of managing organizational change and measuring impact of solutions on the organization's performance
- Should have worked on performance management, competency frameworks, assessment center designs and talent assessments
- Should be a good communicator with effective and strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Must have the flexibility to travel globally
- Strong ability to think critically and systemically
- Ability to operate independently and utilize strong decision making skills
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/TECHNICAL CERTIFICATIONS:
- NLP, Organization Development, Mentoring and Coaching
- Membership in ISTD or ISAB preferred
- Candidates should be willing to work in the mid-shift (12pm-9pm)
