- Consult, design, develop, deploy and facilitate a suite of talent, leadership and learning programs and initiatives for the globe,&nbsp; - Enable the HR Business Partners to execute and deliver people programs on an APAC regional basis. - Programs include an award-winning Performance Management program; Leadership, Manager &amp; Professional Development; Engagement; talent review/succession Org. Development Transformation and Change, Learning - Lead a small 2 member local team. Essentially be independent and responsible for cross-functional liasoning and interactions. - Work closely with Functional Heads and be responsible for understanding the talent capabilities required to deliver business results and share analysis and deficits and how do we fill the gaps to drive talent/learning - Will need to manage and understand the talent cycles and partner with HRBP's around challenges and complexity
