Senior Manager - Order Fullfilment - eCommerce

Job Description :

- End-to-end order management & fulfillment for eCommerce consumer business

- Handle order after customer places order, supervise its movement at every level, ensure smooth order execution, resolve problems if order is stuck wrt timelines

- Coordination with CRM, sourcing, merchandising, warehouse for order execution

- Closely monitor customer returns & money back with finance team

- Take ownership of satisfying the customer through timely & quality delivery

- Get work done without authority but people skills

- Strong coordination, communication, analytical, BRIGHT, alert & passionate

- PG, 5-8 years experience, 28-32 years of age, lady or gentleman, Rs. 12-17 lakhs per annum

- Will have some overlap with supply chain, vendor interaction only through sourcing team

- Should be from eCommerce & Bangalore local
