- Handling of all the post sanction activities for SME business. - Ensure all post sanction processes are to be completed within TAT. - To develop, plan and execute operational procedures for all functions for continuous process efficiency. - Drive and Ensure compliance to all Operations documents like manual, process notes, and circulars issued from time to time - Liaison with Vendors and other agencies to ensure smoothening of ops processes and policies. - Formulated and implemented standard operating procedures (SOP's) for CPU operations and branch operations. - Effectively handled audits (RBI, Internal & External) - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of ops and business MIS to the stakeholders. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KYC, AML regulations, policies and/or procedures. - Drive and establish a strong performance culture through inspiring, motivating and consistent Performance Management discipline. - Identify growth opportunities within the organization for an individual and coach him/her to reach his/her professional goal - Liasoning with business & credit team to ensure compliance of KYC. - Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet the productivity and accuracy - Track all complaints and initiate action wherever required. - Effectively manage the team to Enhance & Ensure Customer Delight.
