We have one very urgent  position in one of BEST LI organization across the following location - 

BASE LOCATION - Mumbai HQ ( South Mumbai )

OFFERED CTC - 12lac to 18.5lac + incentives ; depending upon current CTC.

POSITION - Sr. Manager - Operations ( New Business & policy servicing ) [ Corporate HUB ]

REPORTEEs - team of operations execs, sr. Execs, Manager.

INDICATIVE JOB PROFILE ( in short ) :

Role description : 


- The role holder will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of new business and policy servicing transactions of health polices, ensure adherence to the standard SLAs and TAT, ensure quality of processing, identify risks and ensure adequate monitoring mechanism, lead the team towards optimal operational efficiency, ensure timely reporting and compliance on all regulatory matters, constantly be on the lookout to implement new techniques and solutions which can improve customer experience or reduce non value adds. 


- The concerned individual should have a strong expertise in domain knowledge and undertake independent floor management.

Responsibilities:

- End to end adherence to TAT, SLA management and processing of all New Business and Policy servicing transactions for Health business

- Manage and display adequate controls measures and monitoring across various processes with a view to enable processing and also reduce overall risks for the organization

- Manage and handle channel expectations and relation management. Have a continuous governance process put in place for channel partners and work towards resolution of escalations if any.

- Review of all regulatory guidelines and preparing control reports/checks of adherence of the same

- Review of all product features/Business Rules and prepare control reports/checks of adherence of the same.

- Tracking and reporting of all deviations noted with concerned authorities

- Manage defects by coordinating with the relevant stakeholders and ensure timely resolutions from concerned

- Preparing a Detailed dashboard/Management report of all control checks maintained and deviations noted.

- Independently manage functional/strategic initiatives which have large impact at organization level. Ensure continuous process improvement by constantly looking at introducing automation initiatives and eliminating non value adds.

- Lead the teams towards the desired goals and drive ESAT and CSAT scores for the unit and function

- Relationship management across key functions such as Process, Audit, BS&T, legal, life insurance at corporate office and branches

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Relevant profile ( INTO NEW BUSINESS OPS & POLICY SERVICING ) from Insurance industry ( LI / GI / Health ) with team handling experience.

Corporate operations exposure ( current or EX ) preferred.
