Senior Manager - Operations - Investment Banking/AMC - Wealth Management Firm

- The role requires strong understanding of overall capital markets with exposure to asset management.

- Experience in Data management/ Trade Operations is good to have.

- Should have managed basic day-to-day operations for PMS Organization

- He/She shall manager End-to-End process of Client Onboarding to Redemption (if any)

- He/she shall manage the client relationship from a service quality and operations perspective and ensure Cognizant delivers to its service level agreements at minimum.

- Should have managed and worked software's like Miles.

- He/ She shall manage the communication with RTA like CAMS.

- Have an understanding of both the business and technical aspects of working with the client.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of Trade processing/Data management with overall understanding of investment operations -

- Forward looking and has innovative mindset

- Excellent problem solving /analytical and decision making skills

- Proven managerial and leadership experience

Competencies:

- Strong Investment banking / Asset management background

- At least 8 years' experience in financial services industry.

- Post graduate degree in Finance/ Banking/ Accounting. -

- Strong outsourcing experience
