Senior Manager- Operations
The main duties are to support the COO in his role which is as follows:
- Ensuring smooth processing of New Business Activities and achieving the agreed TAT and SLA with Sales.
- ETE conversions from branch- vendor-other departments-new business.
- Managing New Business helpdesk for sales & branches with quick & quality response
- Internal Risk & Quality Team Driving quality in all processing handled at NB level.
- Ensure all NB activities are done within the prescribed IRDA TAT and as per the prescribed IRDA regulations
- Handle the entire New Business team of 24 Members and 10 off roll team members.
- Reduce the per policy cost of NB processing.
What tasks out of the above outlined are daily tasks :

What tasks out of the above are frequent tasks (happen 2-3 times in a week)

- Handle the entire New Business team of 24 Members and 10 off roll team members.
- Reduce the per policy cost of NB processing.
What tasks out of the non-frequent task (happen once in a week or month) :
- Submission of quarterly compliance certificate.
- Handle Company level data patch items.
Qualification :
MBA with excellent academic record and experience in an Operations team
