An operations leader who can lead finance and operational support organizations
The individual will be responsible for creating a high quality organization and processes and provide a consistent, professional and high quality experience to our consulting professionals and clients. A key responsibility of this individual would be to create a high throughput recruiting organization and building the brand as an employer of choice. The position will be based in Hyderabad.
Key capabilities required for this position are:

- Ability to manage the internal finance and HR activities
- Exceptional communication skills to manage all employee and accounts related communications
Essential KPIs on which this individual will be measured are:
- Employee Satisfaction- Will be monitored through a survey
- Process Adherence
- Timeliness and accuracy of financial accounts (including invoices, employee reimbursements etc.)
- Response time to resolve issues
- Volume and quality of resumes
Requirements and Experience
- 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role ideally in a medium sized IT services organization
- Exceptional communication skills to manage all employee and accounts related communications
- Ability to understand the organization culture and define initiatives to generate higher employee satisfaction on advisory/support functions ( HR, Admin, Finance)
- Ability to manage payroll, expenses, invoicing, general admin and travel related matters through a team of multiple individuals. This person must be willing to work as a part of the team to share the workload
- Strong educational background in Finance i.e. CA, MBA in Finance
- Must have the knowledge of Indian Tax System and regulatory filings
- Ability to lead operations teams and streamline processes such as accounting, HR, travel etc.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience of managing a team
- Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system and HR systems (e.g., Greytip)
- Experienced in Vendor Management
