Job Description:
Prime responsibility is to manage Seller Relationship operations.
Seller Relationship includes managing business relationship with the sellers, driving business growth, enabling sellers to boost their online business, providing appropriate avenues to them to promote their products competitively, serve as an escalation path to support their transactional requirements and challenges, etc.
Own day-to-day operations; which includes team management, ensuring process adherence & compliance and resource planning.
Work with team to ensure all business deliverables are met - revenue metrics, business quality metrics, etc.
Seller Management; in terms of both proactive and reactive approach to drive right seller behaviour.
Strategic orientation- Bring in long term perspective while solving for business/seller issues. [Build scalable, repeatable processes as solutions].
Work closely with cross functional teams within Marketplace to deliver on business goals.
Think through business requirements and translate into SOPs.
Periodic performance reviews with the team and key business stakeholders.
