Senior Manager - Operations - Domestic Outbound Process
- Proven expertise in managing and executing lead nurturing programs via Outbound / Incoming phone calls
- Will lead a team of experienced Sales Reps to acquiring new clients and maximize client spends by understanding client needs and offering innovative solutions.
- Will monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met. Hire, train, and evaluate personnel.
- Ability to manage expectations with stakeholders in terms of overall service delivery.
- Excellent communications. Should possesses Tactical approach in order to address issues of varying complexities.
- Good Understanding of Quality metrics and process improvements.
- Drive performance management across workforce by applying and implementing best in class performance metrics.
- Looking after entire P&L, Service delivery, customer relation and revenue management.
