Sr Manager- Operations (Corporate Actions/ Asset Servicing)  - Providing outstanding service to the different Company's clients across global locations. Was flexible to take challenges as per the Company requirement and handled different processes.   - To lead Asset Servicing/ corporate action departments  - Transition Asset Servicing process activities involving Equities and Fixed Income products (Treasury bonds, CMO, Corporate bonds, GNMA, FNMA and FHLMC from USA(New York) )  - Scope of activities includes managing KPI- s, SLA's Review of Operating Procedures, Process Maps, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, SIPOC, Training Plan and meeting PEX targets  - P&L and Balance sheet positions are correctly reported at month end.  - Validate the Risk sign-off on a daily basis and provide commentary on unusual risk movements  - Reconciliations of DTCC and NSCC files with the Internal reports  - Supporting Automated clearing house payments and receipts.  - Reconciliation of different types of Funds between client reports with Fund Manager reports for both Positions and cash.  - Outgoing wires approvals  - Settlement of corporate actions includes P&I, Cash dividends, and redemptions  - Balancing suspense accounts, posting Month end journal entries, monitoring Cash breaks and Bank breaks   - Recruitment, BCP, Coaching and Conducting appraisals for the team
