Job Description - Complete overall management of day to day operations for the business. Reporting into the business head.

Client Details

Our client is one of the fastest growing organizations in India in the Service/Hospitality industry. They've established a strong brand in India, basis the quality of their service and the business model they follow. Since they're still on an expansion mode, they're currently recruiting for a Senior Manager Operations, based out of their HQ in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting directly into the COO, you will be responsible for:

- Managing complete Pan India business operations for the firm

- Ensuring that service is meeting all internal quality benchmarks set

- Assisting the business setup operations in new sites, whenever required

- Handling a manpower of over 1000 people pan India

- Liaising with relevant stakeholders in the business whenever required

Profile

You will have:

- MBA from a Tier 1 Business School

- 4-10 years of work experience

- Prior functional experience in Supply Chain/Operations roles or Projects

- Prior experience in working with either a renowned Consulting firm OR

- Prior experience in an Operations role in a fast-growing Start-up

- Impeccable communication and presentation skills

- Ability to interact with people from blue collars to C-level execs with equal ease.
