Senior Manager - Operations - Banking

Job Description:

- Operational Knowledge in Disbursements, Payments and Reconciliation (BRS and Others) process

- Operational Knowledge in Core Banking System / Any Loan Management System

- Strong in MIS Designing and Preparation

- Should have handled 4 - 5 different process - End to End

- Vendor/Lender Management experience

- Process Set up and implementation

- Data handling, maintenance and security adherence

- Should have handled Minimum of 25 - 30 members team

- Proficient in doing performance management of the team

- Hands on experience in Designing and Preparing Score Cards

- Ability to identify the Pro's and Corn's in the current process and fix it on real time basis

- Team management and Handling Internal audit

- Ensure team is adhering to the SOP's / process notes 100%

- Good hands on experience in Testing multiple applications and documenting the out put

- Ability to adapt change and implement it efficiently
