Senior Manager - Operations - AR- RCM - US Healthcare
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle and Manages the Voice team
- Manage section-based resources, aligning them with best-in-class performance metrics in specific categories of revenue cycle
- Development and implementation of a client wide revenue cycle integration model that coordinates and aligns the resources deployed
- Organize, manage, and monitor the performance metrics of the team
- Maintain and monitor revenue cycle metrics for assigned client and provide strategies for dynamic improvement
- Provide and analyse data and undertake measures to improve efficiencies
- Prepare operational reports and analyse reflecting progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations
- Train staff as appropriate/required on revenue cycle activities and practices
Requirements :
Must have:
1. BPO Operations min 8 yrs in healthcare (RCM-AR)
2. Revenue cycle management Accounts receivable experience
3. Direct management of the team with at least 80 + members
Others:
- Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in revenue cycle operations
- Strong ability to interpret nature of patients- call in different specialties
- Ability to communicate, have excellent interpersonal, listening skills and organizational skills
- Account team leadership experience leading 80+ individuals
- The performance record of achievement with great people management & leadership skills
- Well informed about current Revenue cycle concepts and best-practices
- Flexibility to work in night shifts
