Senior Manager - Operations Admin - Healthcare

Designation: Operations Admin

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Timings/Working days 9 AM-5 PM , Mon - Sat

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Report to Senior Management on Expected Turnover Quarter-Wise & Realized Turnover Quarter-Wise

- Meet customers & ensure proper Service is being provided by team

- Generate Leads for future sales on personal level & ensure Sales team is generating & converting leads.

- Ensure all the verticals of the organization are working properly. Fight attrition.

- Ensure all POs are executed properly.

- Ensure the entire team is reporting in the decided format

Technical skills required:

Mandatory: Office 365, Sharepoint,

Optional: BSc in Chemistry

- Highest Qualification required MBA

- Relevant Experience required 12-15 yrs total. Above 8yrs of Managerial Exp

- Managerial skills required (if Applicable) Yes.
