Senior Manager - Operational Strategy Consulting - Pharma

Looking for candidates with consulting background/ Tier 1 colleges

- Strong Experience in Growth strategy in the Pharma Operation - Manufacturing, Quality Systems, Supply chain, R&D

- Pharma Consulting Experience

- Hands-on Experience in Portfolio planning, supply chain strategy

- Strong Experience in Process Excellence, Process Improvement

- Experience in Cost Reduction

- Network optimization, strategic sourcing, logistics, manufacturing strategy and Excellence

- Work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience

- Helping clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

- Proactively assist in the management of several clients

- Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

- Overall job responsibilities include conduct analyses and develop insights, analyze data, work with project teams and facilitate meetings to enable decision making,

- Organize and prepare recommendations to address client problems, and participate actively in new business development

Geography - India Consulting Business

Education - Ideal candidate must be from top institutes followed by relevant work experience, and/or a master's degree, preferably an MBA from top institutes.
