Role with a large MNC client of ours based out of Gurgaon - Back office/shared services delivery center in F&amp;A domain Objective -&nbsp; - Establish Quality Management Framework (QMF) with agreed metrics and reporting - Establish baseline performance for different metrics / OLA's / SLA's - Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve processes - Lead facilitate Change Management efforts for Business Services to drive and sustain transformation - Lead/capture Continuous Improvement efforts in order to value-market the benefits that Business Services brings to both internal and external clients - Enable the Operational Excellence strategy by using data and process analysis to identify automation opportunities - Experience in F&amp;A process, especially R2R Accountabilities: Transitions and Advisory: - VSM's and Re-engineering projects - Setting up a framework for ongoing measurement and reporting out of metrics - Study as-is Quality-monitoring mechanism and identify critical to quality checkpoints - Prepare Quality Management Framework Document (QMFD) - Recommend and establish OLAs - Review baseline data - Set up Targets and get it signed off from Business
