- 7 to 10 years of experience in eCommerce operations management

- End to end management of eCommerce operations for all Outright/SOR/MP/D2C

- MBA

Job Responsibilities:

1. Entire process management and SLA adherence of PO confirmation to Delivery timelines

2. Warehouse management for eCommerce with respective functional team

3. Alphalite/ Vendorflex management

4. SLA Adherence of Marketplace operations

5. Returns management of eCommerce business

6. End to end tracking of forward and reverse logistics

7. Material Reconciliation

8. Inventory planning and allocation

9. Process improvement and increase productivity

10. Standardize eCommerce warehouse processes and train respective stakeholders
