Job Title - Sr. Manager - OEM sales Primary Responsibilities Business Responsibility Areas - Revenue generation: Sales, business development, and administration for the entire country for sales of Industrial liquid coatings products (with a focus on OEM clients). Achievement of revenue budget and margin target at the national level as well as for different products - Relationship management: Effective customer relationship management, with a special focus on designated key accounts (including but not limited to OEM clients). - New opportunity identification: Identification of large new accounts/ upcoming projects, followed by mapping of product needs and decision centers, and concluding with approvals and business generation (including but not limited to Helmets, PMV replacement market, Heavy equipment, construction equipment, Wall/pump manufacturing and Transformers and Radiators) - Competition benchmarking: Tracking of competition and timely formulation and implementation of tactics to protect and expand market footprint - Supply chain interface: Inventory management at different depots across the country. Timely sales forecasting inputs to Supply Chain - Strategy formulation: Strategy and plans formulation in consultation with General Manager, and regular business performance reviews for the team - Team management: Contributions in the areas of team management and development, employee engagement, organization development, and capacity building - Work in close coordination with other stakeholders / cross-functional members to meet organizational business objectives and to mitigate business risk in the areas of Productivity, Statutes, Quality, Safety, and Environment. - Ensuring continuous line servicing at the customer end and material availability, technical support, etc. Ensure workplace hygiene through "Employee Relationship" & "Customer centricity" Key Performance Indicators - Achievement of revenue and margin targets at the national level for different products in partnership with the Business development team - Increase product penetration and market share with the OEM clients - Effective resolution of customer complaints, in partnership with Supply Chain and Technology - End-to-end accountability of direct and indirect reports - To provide effective design and market-related inputs to technology for initiatives in areas like product portfolio management, new product development, joint value creation etc
