Senior Manager - O2C/OTC - Healthcare

Job Title- Senior Manager

Experience- 12 - 14 Years

Qualification- Should be a B.com / CA

Job Location- Gurgaon

Shift Timings- 2.30-12 AM (U.K. Shift)

MBA- Finance Preferred

Note- Must have an experience of at least 1 year as a Senior Manager in OTC process.

Should have good exp in handling cash applications, billing and collections

Job Description:

- Responsible for oversight, direction and supervision of the day-to-day operations of Regional Q2C and Accounting team for all company Divisions in line with Service Level Agreements.

- Responsible for review of team operations, specialized transactions, and service quality.

- Should possess good knowledge in end to end Q2C cycle, specializing in Billings and Cash Applications.

- Accrual entries reviewed (a checklist will be followed).

- Good knowledge about Healthcare Industry is a plus.

- Accounting Knowledge is a must.

- End to end O2C knowledge is must

- Responsible for Client Management, stakeholder management

- Demonstrate expertise in assessing and responding to contractual, financial/accounting transactions, informational and customer service needs.

- Coach and develop team members: hire, fire, assess, discipline, document performance, and recommend salary and classification changes.

- Actively manage the business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the process.

- Strong Interpersonal skills, collaboration and listening skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Stakeholders for the role
