Looking for A Senior Manager - Non IT Procurement for A Leading NBFC - To develop, implement, monitor, and maintain compliance policies, controls, and procedures w.r.t. Compliance/Process Testing and Vendor Management. - Critical analysis of all Processes/Compliances/Vendors and help the function to plug the gaps after getting the root cause analysis done so that the Regulatory Compliance risk is taken care of all the time. - Analyze compliance requirements for New Product Approvals and coordinate with relevant stakeholders in ensuring controls are established right from the beginning to mitigate compliance risk. - Ensure policies and procedures comply with the regulations to FPC guidelines, associated with Retail and Corporate Lending on a continual basis including our website. - Conduct Compliance monitoring through KCI and compliance assurance testing on an ongoing basis. - To serve as primary point of contact for regulatory audits and queries w.r.t. Testing/Process and Vendor Management. - Ensuring compliance with the code of conduct in addition to all other regulatory requirements w.r.t. Compliance Testing/Processes and Vendor Management.
