Senior Manager - Non IT Procurement

- The position is part of the Strategic Procurement Unit and will support Pan India sourcing of Non-IT products and services

- Role may specifically support Professional Services, Marketing and Branch Infrastructure & Facilities related spends

- Role requires strong collaboration with the key stakeholders to understand their requirement, support in identifying suitable vendors, float enquiry / RFP/ Tender, conduct negotiations and finalise rate contract.

- Provide data points to review the current contract and suggest innovative solution to optimize the TCO for each spend categories.

- Abreast himself with vendor and product/ services information and understanding about the market scenario

- Interact with the internal customers and work closely with them to identify areas of improvement

- Draft RFP documents, maintain records of the proposals / quotations, preparation of comparatives and recording savings

- Support discussion on contractual terms and finalization of various agreements related to the product and services sourced in consultation with the Business and Legal team

- Draft Tender /RFP /eRFP, prepare templates for technical and commercial evaluations, maintain records of proposals and record savings

- Preferably have worked on Ariba eSourcing and Contract Management

Experience : Person should have strong experience of 3-5 years in Strategic sourcing

Qualification & Key Skills :

- Graduate or Engineer with Post Graduation in Supply Management / Operations Management / Material Management will be preferred.

- Prior experience in Strategic Sourcing: Designing and conducting RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tendering, Reverse Auction

- Demonstrate skill for identifying opportunities for cost management, Spend Analytics, Innovation and process improvisation

- Should have excellent communication and problem solving skills
