Senior Manager - New Product Development - Project Finance - Manufacturing

- Expert PM and Commercial Analysis

- Technical evaluation of project requirements and liason with project team members for driving towards the optimum solution

- Support the perioding planning and budgeting process

- Develop advanced financial processes, KPIs and gates to match with the NPD processes to manage Capex & DRE spends in a more organized and objective manner

- Standardize processes and use learnings across divisions, benchmark external organisations to develop the Capex management

- Establish and monitor the analytics / Dashboards for Sr. leadership team to be able to demonstrate budgetary controls, variance and thereby support strategic decision making

- Work with Business verticals to get their support and feedback to constantly improve the process and make it robust and sustainable

- Work with business excellence and other support functions to design, implement, maintain and automate the processes and dashboards

- Budgetary control and key variance analysis across the NPD projects

- Scenario Planning and Risk Management evaluation of Capex spends
