1) IDEATION :

- Multiple source for product ideation

- Effective ideation to be conducted every quarter

- Internal ideation session, market visit, food sector fairs & events

- Publications, magazines, monthly market reports

- New launches of competition

- Embassy & trade offices

2) IDENTIFICATION :

- Driven by the product identification matrix which gives an indication to move forward, all ideas to be compiled and run through the Product Identification Matrix

- Identified products are presented to Leadership as trigger to the next stage

- Areas to be included in Product Identification Matrix ; Distribution channel readiness, shelf life, USP, market competition, basket complementary, market estimation etc

3) PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT : Product Development

4) PILOT LAUNCH : Scale Up & trials

5) SOPs & Documentation

Specific KPIs :

1) Product Finalization : Identification, Forms & Formats/SOPs & Documentation

2) Pilot : Scale Up & Market feedback, Standardization
