Your role involves strategic planning, market research, and relationship building with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities :

- Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives in the US healthcare market. This includes identifying target markets, defining market entry strategies, and assessing competitive landscapes.

- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities. Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to inform business decisions.

- New Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new client opportunities by leveraging your network, attending industry conferences, and establishing partnerships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, clinics, and other stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.

- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while balancing the organization's profitability and risk. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.

- Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Understand client needs, address concerns, and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
